In 1925 this building was home to the Majestic Theatre, which hosted live Vaudeville shows.

At a later time, it housed the VFW Veterans Club.

Many Years later it was known as Jazzercize.

In May of 2011 Majestic Treasures opened their doors as a consignment store; enabling the 1920's Majestic Theatre to re-open with a new venue: servicing the public to create a unique shopping experience.

In the fall of 2012 Majestic Treasures was allowed to take on the opportunity of re-creating The Chapel Book & Gift Store. The Chapel, which was located on North Webb Road, was Grand Island's top Christian Book & Gift Shoppe, closed after 30 years of business. After purchasing displays and cosigning the Chapel's remaining inventory, it was decided to reopen the Chapel Gift & Book Store inside of Majestic Treasures. With a new mission to carry Christian themed merchandise, Majestic Treasures also has a wide variety of gift items, crafts & some consignment merchandise that change on a frequent basis.
